View GuidelinesUsing the Official Template
The template should be used as the starting point for the manuscript rather than copied into a separately formatted document.
- Keep the page layout unchanged. Do not manually alter margins, columns, page size, headers or other structural settings.
- Use the predefined styles. Apply the supplied styles for title, authors, affiliations, headings, body text, captions and references.
- Remove all sample content. Delete instructional text, sample figures, placeholder captions and template notes before submission.
- Avoid decorative elements. Do not add custom borders, logos, backgrounds, watermarks or unrelated design elements.
- Use the latest version. If an updated template is released, follow the newest version published on the conference website.
Manuscript Formatting
The conference template defines the typography and spacing. Authors should focus on consistency and avoid manually overriding the supplied formatting.
Figures, Tables & Equations
- Figures: use clear graphics with readable labels and provide a caption for each figure.
- Tables: keep tables concise, use consistent units and make sure all text remains legible at publication size.
- Equations: use consistent mathematical notation and number equations when they are referenced in the text.
- Placement: position figures and tables close to the relevant discussion without disrupting the document layout.
- Third-party material: authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for reused copyrighted content.
References & Citations
The bibliography should follow the reference style defined by the official template. Before generating the final PDF, check that all in-text citations correspond to complete reference entries.
- Use the citation style supplied with the conference template.
- Check author names, publication titles, year, volume, issue, pages and DOI where applicable.
- Keep formatting consistent across journal articles, conference papers, books and online resources.
- For LaTeX manuscripts, compile the bibliography and inspect the final output for missing or unresolved references.
Final PDF Check
Authors should review the exported PDF itself before uploading it. The editable Word or LaTeX source may look correct while the generated PDF still contains layout or font problems.
Camera-Ready Formatting
Detailed final-paper instructions will be issued to accepted authors. The camera-ready version should incorporate required revisions while continuing to follow the official template and final publication specifications.
- Apply required reviewer revisions before preparing the final file.
- Recheck figures, tables, references and author information after revision.
- Complete any publisher-specific PDF or formatting checks announced with the acceptance notice.
- Keep editable source files available until the publication process is completed.
