About ICAI-NES 2026
在“双碳”战略与全球能源结构深度转型的背景下，能源与电力系统正经历着由传统集中式向智能化、低碳化、分布式的新阶段跨越。人工智能、大数据、物联网、区块链、云计算等前沿信息技术的快速发展，为能源生产、传输、存储与消费的各环节带来前所未有的变革契机。
在全球范围内，能源与电力行业正面临可再生能源高比例接入、电动交通快速发展、电网安全与运行韧性、能源市场及政策演化等多重任务与挑战。如何充分发挥智能技术在能源系统调度、设备运行优化、数据驱动分析、安全防护及跨领域协同中的关键作用，已成为学术界与产业界的共同关注焦点。
为了促进国内外在能源动力、电气工程与计算机信息技术等领域的交流与合作，推动创新成果转化，探索能源与电力系统在高智能化、可持续化方向上的发展路径，本次大会特以“智能技术赋能能源与电力的未来发展”为主题，汇聚全球学者、工程技术人员与企业代表，分享最新科研进展与应用成果，搭建跨学科、多领域的合作平台。
本次会议由IEEE技术赞助，录用并注册的论文将提交IEEE Xplore数据库，并按IEEE审稿标准进行评审，并有机会被EI Compendex、Scopus检索。
Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" strategy and the profound transformation of the global energy structure, the energy and power systems are undergoing a transition from traditional centralized models to intelligent, low-carbon, distributed new phases. The rapid development of cutting-edge information technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, blockchain, and cloud computing presents unprecedented opportunities for transformation across all aspects of energy production, transmission, storage, and consumption.
Globally, the energy and power industry faces multiple challenges and tasks, including high-percentage integration of renewable energy, rapid development of electric transportation, grid security and operational resilience, and the evolution of energy markets and policies. How to fully leverage intelligent technologies in energy system dispatch, equipment operation optimization, data-driven analysis, security protection, and cross-domain collaboration has become a shared focus for both academic and industrial communities.
To promote international exchange and cooperation in energy power, electrical engineering, and computer information technology, facilitate the transformation of innovative achievements, and explore development pathways for energy and power systems towards high intelligence and sustainability, this conference adopts the theme "Intelligent Technology Empowering the Future Development of Energy and Power." It aims to gather global scholars, engineering experts, and corporate representatives to share the latest research progress and application results, building a cross-disciplinary, multi-field cooperation platform.
This conference is technically sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and registered papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore database, reviewed according to IEEE standards, and have the opportunity to be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

投稿与出版
Submission and Publication
所有的投稿都必须经过1-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 IEEE 出版，出版后将提交IEEE Xplore，EI Compendex和Scopus检索。
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 1 to 3 Technical Program Committee members. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.
投稿注意事项
Submission Guidelines
- 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
- EI conference papers must be at least 4 pages long. (Download Template)
- 每篇录用的论文可享受一名免费参会（口头报告或海报展示）的名额。
- Each accepted paper is entitled to one free registration (for oral or poster presentation).
- 付款后因个人原因撤稿，将收取服务费（版面费的30%）。
- A 30% service fee of the publication fee will be charged for withdrawals made for personal reasons after payment.
- 论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过，作者可通过CrossCheck、Turnitin或其他查询系统自费查重。
- Papers should be of academic or practical value and have not been published previously. Authors can use CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other systems for plagiarism checks at their own expense.
- 论文需满足EI检索基本稿件要求，在论文表述上务必侧重于模型，数据，实验，数据分析等，出版社对论文录用具有最终决定权。
- Papers must meet the basic requirements for EI indexing, with a focus on models, data, experiments, and data analysis. The publisher has the final decision on acceptance.
